This policy explains what personal information Lycan Strength collects through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are

What we collect
- Free trial and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, your message and, if you choose, your fitness goal.
- Lycan Games registration: your name, email, phone number, partner or team name and experience level.
- Physiotherapy appointment form: your name, date of birth, address, phone, email, the date you want, what you need help with, and your signature on the treatment consent. Information about your health is special category data.
- Analytics: only if you allow it, Google Analytics records how pages are used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). It sets cookies.
Why we use it
- To contact you about your trial, your enquiry, the Lycan Games or your appointment (steps you asked us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying).
- To provide physiotherapy safely: health information is used with your explicit consent and for the provision of health care.
- To understand which pages help people, if you allow analytics cookies (consent).
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing you did not ask for.
Who sees it
The Lycan Strength team and our physiotherapists. Form submissions are delivered by email through our email provider, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Google processes analytics data if you allow it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and trial requests: up to 12 months if you do not become a member. Physiotherapy records: as long as the law requires for health records. Analytics: Google's default retention.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email info@lycanstrength.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies unless you choose Allow on the cookie banner, which loads Google Analytics. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
